The worldߴs first
AI computer

Zo is a personal computer in the cloud that can be controlled by both you and your AI. Do research, build personal projects, get your digital work done in your own personalized workspace.

We give AI full access to a dedicated computer in the cloud, where it can:

  • Access the internet and download files and programs
  • Write code, run programs, and host web services
  • Control other devices you connect to your Zo Computer

Giving AI unconstrained access to a cloud computer is a powerful paradigm. Our approach is safer than giving AI full access to your own computer or your browser – but it is not without risks.

How we use Zo

Recently starting asking Zo to create simple simulations for exploring concepts, asking for different knobs to turn (here search strategies on different fitness landscape). It's fun but also super useful as an intuition pump.

I'm using Zo to get ideas for a day trip to take soon.

Zo regularly pulls my Spotify listening history into a database with a scheduled task. Zo wrote the script, and set up the task.

I sync my notes from my laptop to my Zo, and made a website that Zo refreshes hourly with the latest from my todo list.

Zo made this website using my Spotify database. It's like Spotify Wrapped on-demand with exactly the stats I want.

I've tried dozens of different agentic AI tools, and most of them fail at the tasks I ask. Or at best, they can accomplish it after lots and lots of back and forth, debugging, connecting with integrations, using Claude to figure out why something isn't working. It ends up being so much friction I'm better off just doing the task manually. Then, I used Zo computer. And the experience was magical. Almost everything I asked Zo to do, it could do. And it did fairly seamlessly and frictionlessly. And that's just the agentic AI part. I'm also a prolific vibe coder and I've built many web apps. Typically, I use Replit because of the ease of deployment and hosting. I had a magic moment with Zo when I vibe-coded a web app "locally" and realized because zo is a computer in the cloud my project was... already deployed! 🤯 Zo feels like an n of 1 product. I discover new use cases every single week and it's quickly become my favorite product. Becca, Chief of Staff at Factorial
I'm finding my Zo Computer delightful. My first reaction is this is the notebook I've kind of been dreaming of. Jesse, Software Engineer at Stripe
I've been using Zo and it's replaced Google Docs for me. I love how it organizes all my files, makes my daily work stages, and lets me edit and reference everything in real time right in the chat interface. Anthea, Freediving and Yoga Instructor
Zo is so useful for managing my experiments. I can upload protocols and outcomes, later retrieve results, generate modified protocols, and even schedule experiments or set reminders. Mingxuan, PhD candidate in Engineering Embryology at Carnegie Science
I'm mostly using Zo for a software side project – which has been awesome because it can see years of conceptual stuff from my Obsidian, but has direct access to coding LLMs – and can also do academic writing work. Kamran, PhD candidate in International Affairs at CMU
I'm completely in love with the concept of Zo. I've been trying to wrangle a setup with Cursor attached to my notes folder with loads of agent rules for specific kinds of tasks. Feels like you guys are scratching that same itch but on steroids. Ryaan, Software Engineer at BandLab
Now that I'm thinking about how I can use Zo I genuinely see limitless opportunities. I'm genuinely so excited. I'd use this everyday just in its current state. Saharsha, Undergraduate Student at Princeton
I'm excited about this self-growing context and knowledge base of everything I'm trying to do across all of my different systems and tools and applications. Dhruv, Director of Product Management at dv01
Vibing with the idea of generalized file system functionality and having everything interconnected despite its format, especially as AI models get better. Mark Bacon, Backend Engineer at Sleeper
I tried out Zo, and I'm really excited about it. Thinking about starting a few fun projects right now. I think its real potential is in data analysis. I write my code in VS Code with Copilot, which saves quite a bit of effort, but like all other AI chatbots, it doesn't have access to the actual data. So I'm still the one running scripts, checking results, and making interpretations. Yunlu, Postdoctoral Fellow at NYU School of Medicine
I'm a founder and a Zo convert within the first 2 days of using it. Seriously incredible work. Excited to be a part of this community. Vrijen, Founder at Careerspan
